整個度假村園區的風景很好，雖然下雨不能爬山，但是山腳下空氣棒棒的。温泉能看到泉眼，真實放心，水質也很清澈，熱礦泥温泉很有特色，我們選擇週中過來人少景美就很舒服。扣掉的0.5服務分是因為明明我有延遲退房的權益，前台非要跟我掰扯説酒店退房時間就是十二點半!説實話要是不能延遲退房我並不需要花比周邊貴了近兩倍的價格來住你這個房。還有最後一個槽點就是公共交通太不方便了，高鐵居然沒有公交直達，導致網約車見風漲價。從五華高鐵站打車進度假村三十元以內，然後出來趕車的時候一直叫不到車差點誤了高鐵，最後把價格提高了一倍才叫到車!希望以後交通能改善一下。

外地到酒店已經下午4點半，準備拿房，辦入住的新手卻説，我訂的房間還沒收拾好，我説，我不理解説啥2點可以辦入住，現在這個時間節點竟然還沒搞好衞生！****不認同。老手經理聽到，馬上過來解圍，説旁邊這個同類型房間已搞好衞生，可以入住。我的氣才消了點。
到了5點半去酒店餐廳吃飯，打算快點吃個便飯就去泡温泉，沒想到到6點半還沒上菜，一問還需要等待半小時以上，旁邊好幾個桌都是過來吃魚生嗎？
沒吃魚生的師傅就沒上班！生氣之下就不吃，走人！
酒店內有夜宵店，就點炒麪炒粉，簡單解決一下。
温泉池的總類比較少，🈶些池都長青苔了，替換的浴袍沒怎麼看到，還有早餐總類很少，對不起這個房間價格！

房間一般，很小，但勝在乾淨，也比較新。但是酒店接待能力有待提高，接了團單，就不夠人手去應對散客，晚餐等了很久才上菜，味道還可以，分量很大，價格和外面農家樂差不多。攜程可以延遲14:00退房這點不錯，早上還能泡一下，但是這麼遠過來體驗泥浴，衹能玩一次，其實應該一天能玩一次，會比較好。温泉水估計不是每天換，温泉是真温泉，但是硫磺味不重

週末一家人選了這個酒店度假，總體體驗非常不錯。地方不算大，但是勝在温泉池子夠多，還有小童池，滿足一家大小各種需求。 得誇一下温泉池子的水，水質好，乾淨衞生，這點超出預期。特色的熱礦泥沒有太深度的體驗，不是很適應。晚飯在酒店餐廳就餐，口味還可以，價格也算實惠。
唯一要吐槽的，900塊的房間窗户對着路邊的自建房，風景差點意思。
